Top 5 no cost or low cost apps




I have been busy with my regular clients bookkeeping and working 'on' my business so that I can sustain it long term and hopefully grow too.

We all like a freebie or two along the way though! so here is my Top 5 of no or low cost apps!




1. Trello

Could you do with a little help organising your tasks?
Trello is a great software that makes task management a breeze.  
Simple click and drag tasks from one part of the process to another and you’ll always be up to date.

2. Toggl

Need to how much time you spend on a particular client or project?
Toggl makes this really easy - on a phone, tablet or computer you can start and stop your timer effortlessly. 
The one click timer works even when there is no internet access.

3. Canva

Social media is here to stay and a picture really is worth a thousand words.  
It makes creating custom images in just the right size for any social media format really simple.  Templates are fantastic and so easy to use,

4. Evernote

Forever coming across articles and snippits of information that you want to keep?
Evernote allows you to save small bits of information, or total lists with access anywhere.

5. GoCardless

Need a quick way of getting paid without having to send reminders?
GoCardless integrations with more than 150 existing accounting software tools, including Sage, Quickbooks and Xero.
